Be responsible for helping customers diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Manage critical customer-facing issues and facilitate communication between the customer and infrastructure teams. Triage, diagnose, and resolve or escalate internal system s to ensure availability of systems. Automating Dynatrace configuration through APIs Deploy/upgrade OneAgent and ActiveGate Lead the implementation of Dynatrace solutions for clients, including software installation, configuration, and customization based on specific business requirements. Collaborate with project managers, customers, and technical teams to define and understand the scope of the implementation. Create, customize, and optimize dashboards, metrics, profiles, and reports to support operations and business decisions Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of complex performance issues and guide teams on resolution steps Train clients on how to effectively use SolarWinds products, from initial setup to ongoing usage and best practices. Understanding of Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) or similar querying tools to extract deep insights and perform custom analysis. Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical audiences

Expert level knowledge on agent and agentless based monitoring solutions. Knowledge on working on event management tools with experience on working model of correlation.
