You will gain direct, hands-on experience in high-value skills that will set you apart in your field: · Patient Care & Support: Provide respectful, hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal care, grooming, and mobility. · Healthcare Skills: Gain experience in medication administration, monitoring physical and mental health needs, and preparing nutritious meals. · Case Management & Advocacy: Serve as a patient advocate and participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Support Plans (ISPs). · Clinical Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation of care, service provision, and medication logs—a critical skill in all healthcare fields. · Behavioral Support: Learn to implement positive behavior supports, follow person-centered support plans, and use de-escalation strategies. --- What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications) We believe in hiring for heart and training for skill.
