You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you supportPerform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processesAnswer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriatelyManage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policyComplete and update reports and maintain systems and dataUndertake additional projects and tasks as requestedCoordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

Job specific requirements:

Strong computer skillsWarehouse knowledgeAnility to complete payroll, accounting and secretarial tasks effectively and efficiently as required

Work Schedule: 

Monday through Friday7 am to 4 pm

Salary: 

The base salary range for this position is from $50,000.00 to $66,667.00. The exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
