DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) Corporate Compliance Reporting – Manager

Position Summary

The Compliance Reporting Manager assists with the development and management of DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) enterprise compliance reporting and processes.

The Manager develops methods to gather and perform complex analysis on data from multiple sources. In addition, they define, develop, test and deploys reporting data aggregated from various business locations.

What you will do:

Apply knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools to compliance efforts in the enterprise supply chain.Forecasts changes within the Compliance industry, conducts business impact assessments, and develops modification strategies with the aid of process improvement methodologies.Constructs regulatory reports, filings, and follow-ups.Gathers data for complex regulatory review and audit activities.Determines compliance controls and recommends corrective actions for compliance gaps.Interfaces with internal and external teams to identify and gather data from various sources into common data lakes for analysis.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

50% Time - Develop and manage complex reporting and analytics reports across multiple business units using data in cloud platforms (Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform) using BI Tools such as ThoughtSpot and Tableau.15% - Develop custom reporting as needed for leadership on-demand reporting15% - Analyze existing datasets for opportunities to improve or clarify status, issues or remedies from DSCSA scanning results.10% - Investigate, prototype, recommend other tools such as Spotter or other approved AI tools to automate tasks and provide value to various business units, peers and higher levels of leadership.10% - Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering for custom DSCSA Reporting and analytics.

Self-starter who is able to work both independently and as a member of an integrated team in carrying out assigned responsibilitiesAbility to collaborate with varying levels of leadership across a variety of business unitsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and modifying priorities while achieving deadlines Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), SQL, Oracle, VBAAbility to analyze and gain insights from data setsAbility to diagnose problems, seek insights beyond the immediately obvious, and recommend practical solutionsExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsStrong leadership skills and accountability for results

Required Qualifications

2+ years’ experience Advanced SQL3+ years’ experience in Excel (Pivots, etc.)Comfortability with BI Reporting ToolsComfortability presenting data/analysis to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with Snowflake, Google Big Query, ThoughtSpot, TableauAI Tools

Education

Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
