Drug Commercialization Data & AI Consultant

We are looking for a Consultant – Drug Commercialization Data & AI  to join our Technology Consulting team in London or Barcelona ( Hybrid )
This is an amazing opportunity to work on innovative solutions that leverage Clarivate’s rich data assets and the latest Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies to help our customers answer critical business questions and bring innovative treatments, diagnostics and medical devices to market.

You will bring expertise in Market Access and Drug Commercialization, combined with strong Data & AI skills and the ability to design impactful solutions for leading Life Sciences organizations.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences discipline

5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Life Sciences or Healthcare consulting

Strong knowledge of the drug commercialization domain, particularly Competitive Assessment, Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation, and Value & Access

Demonstrated experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLM architectures, frameworks, prompt engineering and few-shot learning

Experience with natural language processing, medical text analysis and generative AI for interpretation and insight extraction

Knowledge/experience with digital healthcare tools design and development

Familiarity with Life Sciences terminologies and ontologies

It would be great if you also had…

Experience in guiding or managing small teams within consulting engagements

Exposure to solution design for data platforms, AI accelerators or proof-of-concepts

Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams (data engineering, product, solution architecture)

What will you be doing in this role?

Lead specific components and deliverables within complex Data & AI projects, ensuring high‑quality outputs aligned with customer objectives

Manage small‑scale customer engagements from scoping to delivery, driving timelines, quality and outcomes

Present findings and recommendations to Life Sciences customers with clarity and strong storytelling

Guide and coordinate other consultants, ensuring timely and accurate execution

Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and shape technical solution strategies

Contribute to project methodologies and strategies, using analytical insights and Life Sciences expertise

Work with Clarivate Consulting leads to scope solutions, estimate implementation effort, and drive project delivery

Collaborate with global Technology Consulting and Solution Architecture teams to enable large-scale customer use cases

Develop white papers, blogs, reference implementations and presentations showcasing Data & AI capabilities

Contribute to the design of accelerators and proofs of concept

Stay current on the evolving AI landscape and share insights, new tools and methodologies across Clarivate Consulting and Product teams

About the Team

You will join a dynamic Technology Consulting team working closely with global colleagues across Technology Consulting, Data Science, Product and Solution Architecture. We pride ourselves on collaboration, innovation and delivering impactful solutions for our Life Sciences customers.

Hours of Work:

 This is a full-time permanent position based in London, UK, and will require hybrid working in our Liverpool Street office (2-3 days per week in the office).

This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.

 Hours of Work ( Barcelona ):

This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours per week. The working schedule is flexible, primarily centred on CET time zone with occasional need to accommodate meetings with US or East Asia time zones.

 The position is hybrid with office visits required 2-3 times per week.
