Driver Manager

The Driver Manager is responsible for leading transportation and driver operations while ensuring full compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards. This role oversees company-owned and leased equipment, driver performance, yard and terminal operations, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of goods. The Driver Manager plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a high-performing driver workforce.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience(10+ years of CDL or transportation experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)Previous supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operationsDemonstrated knowledge of DOT HOS rules and transportation regulationsWorking knowledge of geographic service areas and route planningUnderstanding of labor laws and company policy compliance

Physical Demands

Ability to work in a transportation and yard environmentMay require walking yards, inspecting equipment, and interacting with drivers and vendors

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

$75,000 - $90,000 annual salary (Based on experience) + bonus potential
