Job Summary Manpower is seeking a reliable and hardworking **Driver Helper** to assist delivery drivers in the collection and delivery of textile goods. This role supports daily route operations, ensures safe handling of materials, and provides excellent service to customers and community partners. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist the driver with loading and unloading textile donations, bins, and materials + Ride along delivery and pickup routes and help navigate stops efficiently + Safely lift, move, and stack textile bags, boxes, and containers + Ensure donated textiles are handled with care and organized properly + Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck + Follow all safety procedures and company policies + Provide courteous and professional interaction when encountering the public or site partners + Report any damaged bins, unsafe conditions, or route issues to the driver or supervisor **Qualifications** + Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly + Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions + Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude + Basic communication skills + Previous warehouse, delivery, or labor experience is a plus, but not required **Schedule & Work Environment** + Daytime shifts, typically starts at 6am + Work involves riding in delivery trucks, outdoor work, and physical labor + Routes may vary daily If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
