**Job Summary:**
Our Client is seeking a dependable and hard-working **Driver Helper** to assist route drivers with the pick-up and delivery of used clothing donations. This role involves physical labor, excellent teamwork, and a commitment to customer service. Driver Helpers play a key role in supporting our mission to provide quality used clothing to people both in the U.S. and internationally.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist drivers in collecting clothing from donation drop-off sheds.
+ Load and unload bags of clothing onto trucks safely and efficiently.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and donation sites.
+ Provide courteous service when interacting with community members and property hosts.
+ Report any issues with donation sites (e.g., overfilled sheds, vandalism, safety concerns).
+ Help ensure that all items are properly accounted for during pickups.
+ Follow company safety protocols and procedures.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the driver or supervisor.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
+ Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
+ Reliable transportation to the warehouse or designated meeting point.
+ Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
+ Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
+ Punctuality and reliability are essential.
**Work Environment & Schedule:**
+ Early morning start times; some flexibility may be required.
+ Workdays typically range from 6–10 hours depending on route.
+ Frequent bending, lifting, and walking involved.
