Full-Time, Hourly, Daylight, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Responsible for providing safe transportation to residents/participants in a timely, competent manner and communicating important information relevant to the overall care plan to the interdisciplinary team. 

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Valid driver’s license.
