Sun & Ski Sports is looking for a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team! We’re seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a team environment and is driven to deliver top-notch service. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver and distribute merchandise throughout the market area.Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a genuine smile, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.Consistently provide above-and-beyond customer service, representing the Sun & Ski Sports brand with pride.Stay familiar with in-store merchandise, including brands, features, and benefits, to offer informed suggestions and support customer needs.Assist customers in determining their equipment needs, particularly in ski and outdoor gear categories.Complete accurate paperwork and prioritize work orders efficiently and with attention to detail.Ensure all pricing reflects current promotions, advertised items, and specials.Remain current on ski and outdoor industry trends to enhance customer engagement and serve as a knowledgeable resource.Follow all safety procedures for driving, lifting, and equipment use. Report any suspicious activity to management promptly.Maintain accurate cash handling and inventory control to reduce loss and ensure store integrity.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record are required.Preferred: Experience in retail and/or customer service environments.Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for engaging with customers and team members.Basic computer skills for managing work orders and documentation.
