A Day in the Life:

We give you all the tools you need, so you can focus on what you do best: delivering great rides for your passengers.  FMS will handle all vehicle costs, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance-which means no out-of-pockets expenses for you. Just show up to work, pick up your car for the day, and get to work!  You will be paid hourly, not by the trip with the opportunity to earn bonuses and tips. Safety is our top priority. We support you with clean and inspected vehicles, a maintenance support team, and in-vehicle cameras.   

The salary for this position is $14.00/hour + tips

Hertz vehicle provided during shift

Shifts: Monday - Sunday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm | 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm  

Valid Georgia driver's license required

Minimum Age to drive: 25

What You’ll Do:

Safely transport passengers from one location to another in accordance with our customer service policies and procedures.  Provide a pleasant experience for passengers, respond to their requests, and adapt to their preferences.  Assist passengers with loading and unloading the vehicle.  Ensure vehicle is clean, in good working order, and compliant with safety guidelines.  Use GPS and maps to find the best route to the destination.  Use the Uber phone application to accept ride requests and communicate with passengers and always remain online on the Uber Application during your shift. Follow all applicable traffic laws, comply with all Uber and Fleet Mobility Solutions terms and conditions and code of conduct. Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets. Complete pre and post shift inspection of vehicles. Ensure that dash cam device is operational at beginning, throughout, and at the end of the shift.  Meet or exceed the minimum rides per hour. Rides cannot be cancelled once accepted. Retrieve and return vehicles in accordance with company practices. 

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Gmail email required Must be 25 years of age or older Valid Georgia driver's license Have at least one year of licensed driving experience Drivers are responsible for providing their own cellular device Must pass a background check and MVR Flexibility in scheduling which may include nights, weekends and holidays Working under pressure Driving in rush hour traffic Driving in adverse weather conditions Taking responsibility for the safety of the passengers Good driving skills and good sense of direction Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. Able to communicate verbally and follow directions from our FMS Support Team Comfortable with using navigational apps (Uber driver app, Google Maps, Samsara app, emails, etc.)
