Job Title: Warehouse Driver

Job Description

The Warehouse Driver position involves working in the warehouse for three hours each morning picking orders in the freezer, followed by approximately five hours on the road delivering goods. This role combines warehouse duties with driving responsibilities, ensuring efficient delivery of products to clients.

ResponsibilitiesLoad vehicle for delivery and ensure goods are delivered safely to clients.Unload vehicle after completing deliveries and carry products into restaurants, which may require navigating stairs.Perform simple vehicle maintenance, including cleaning the interior, checking lights and tires, filling fluids, and scheduling routine upkeep.Interact professionally with customers and collect required signatures for payment and proof of delivery, providing receipts.Execute other duties as assigned, such as running errands to Costco or cleaning the fish room.Essential SkillsDriving skills with a clean driving record.Customer service experience and the ability to interact positively with clients.Ability to lift heavy boxes weighing between 40lbs-70lbs.Basic math and reading skills, along with comfort in using computers for data entry.Additional Skills & QualificationsValid driver's license and clean driving record.Willingness to work in cold environments such as freezers and clean rooms.At least one year of relevant driving experience is ideal.Forklift experience is preferred.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Airway Heights, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
