📍 _Location: Midland, Texas_ We seek a dependable and motivated Driver and Warehouse Associate to support our operations across four local sites. This dual-role position involves making multiple daily deliveries and contributing to warehouse and production tasks when not on the road. Key Responsibilities: Driving Duties: + Make 3–4 daily delivery runs between our 4 local sites. + Ensure timely, safe, and accurate transportation of parts. + Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly. Warehouse & Production Duties: + Work collaboratively as part of a production team to assemble parts. + Sort and organize materials on tables, racks, or bins. + Clean assembled parts and package them in protective bags or boxes. + Pack, seal, and move boxes for shipping or storage. + Pick up, move, and sort small parts as needed. + Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. + Ability to lift up to (insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is a plus.
