Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for leading and supporting drilling operations across multiple solar project sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with remote-controlled drill rigs and a strong background in geotechnical drilling techniques. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and training excellence.
ResponsibilitiesLead and support drilling operations across multiple solar project sites.Train personnel on the operation and maintenance of remote-controlled drill rigs such as Comacchio, Casagrande, Hutte, Mito, and other multipurpose drill rigs.Train personnel on various drilling techniques, including Down The Hole (DTH) Hammers, Top Hammers, Drag Bits, and Augers.Troubleshoot issues with drilling techniques in various geotechnical/subsurface conditions.Organize and store drill tooling properly and manage drilling equipment.Travel without restrictions to various solar projects.Essential SkillsExperience with remote-controlled drill rigs.Strong background in geotechnical drilling techniques.Leadership and technical expertise.Commitment to safety and training excellence.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with the terminology of drill tooling.Ability to train personnel effectively.Troubleshooting skills for drilling techniques.Why Work Here?

Job Type & Location
This is a full time position beginning in Boise, Idaho however must be willing to travel to future project sites around the continental United States.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $90.00/hr.
