Our client, a **fast-growing, family-owned manufacturer of engineered equipment** , is seeking a **Mechanical Design Drafter** to join their expanding engineering department. This is a new role created to support the company’s rapid growth — moving from ~$30M to $40–50M in annual revenue, with plans to hit $60M and beyond. The business is investing heavily in engineering infrastructure, new facilities, and design talent to take the company to the next level.
