This role focuses on 3D CAD modeling, P&ID drafting, and creation of fabrication drawings based on customer specifications and purchase order requirements. All mechanical drawings are extracted directly from 3D models with minimal 2D manipulation, supporting accurate and efficient fabrication. Responsibilities: Create 3D CAD models, General Arrangement drawings, and 2D mechanical fabrication drawingsComplete P&ID drafting and ensure models align with project and customer requirementsPrepare mechanical Bills of Materials (BOMs) from 3D models for engineering reviewPerform peer drawing checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and complianceSupport miscellaneous 2D drafting tasks and other assigned duties Qualifications and Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical discipline, or equivalent experienceProficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorksAbility to read and interpret P&IDs and technical drawingsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment Benefits and Perks: $60-85k depending on experienceMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:Join a growing organization specializing in oil and gas processing and production equipment.
