Summary: The drafter is responsible for producing accurate and detailed construction drawings for manufactured homes using AutoCAD MEP 2023. This position requires strong attention to detail, collaboration within a team environment, and effective communication across multiple departments.\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \n\nPrepare production build prints using AutoCAD MEP 2023\nEnsures accuracy and compliance with applicable building standards and HUD code\nCollaborate with drafting team members to complete community-based home projects\nCommunicate with cross-functional departments to incorporate feedback and resolve design issues.\nUtilize project management and communication tools including Monday.com, Microsoft teams, Excel, SharePoint, and email\nMaintain organized and timely documentation of all drawings and revision\nOther duties as assigned\n\n

Qualifications: \n\nFamiliarity with construction practices; experience in manufactured housing is a plus\nProficiency in AutoCAD MEP (2023 preferred)\nStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines\nExcellent teamwork and communication skills\nKnowledge of HUD code preferred\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. \nEducation or prior drafting experience is helpful but not required\n\n
