**Job Title: Downstream Operator** Job Description As a Downstream Operator, you will be an integral part of the extrusion department, responsible for ensuring that the final product meets customer specifications. You will utilize standard tools and measuring devices to detect any abnormalities and ensure the product is wrapped around the reel in an even and neat manner. Responsibilities + Operate machinery in the extrusion department to ensure product quality. + Utilize standard tools and measuring devices to monitor product specifications. + Ensure the final product is wrapped evenly and neatly around the reel. + Perform quality checks to identify and address any abnormalities. Essential Skills + Experience in manufacturing and production environments. + Proficiency in machine operation and extrusion processes. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Eagerness to learn new skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience as a machine operator or extrusion operator. + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a mostly climate-controlled, clean manufacturing facility, with 8-hour shifts available Monday through Friday: 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm, 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm-7:30am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $20.50/hr.
