Temp-to-Hire position$19.55 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Sunday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:30am)Perform visual inspections, labeling, and packaging of finished products according to quality standards and specifications Monitor production output and follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and accurate order fulfillment Assist with line start-ups, shutdowns, tooling changes, and downstream equipment setup Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies, using proper PPE, and supporting facility housekeeping Learn product specifications, follow packaging requirements, and participate in training to build skills and grow your careerDown Stream Tech's Qualifications:
Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule, including weekends as needed Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
