Temp-to-Hire position$18.05 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:30am)Operate and monitor downstream packaging, labeling, and palletizing equipmentPerform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and complianceLoad materials, remove finished goods, and stage product for shipmentAdjust equipment settings and troubleshoot minor mechanical issuesFollow safety, GMP, and production procedures at all timesWork with team members to meet daily production and efficiency goalsDown Stream Tech's Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large or awkward materialsBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operationAbility to follow safety, quality, and production proceduresReliable attendance and ability to work assigned shiftsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
