A warm, private, and busy family of five are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable Live-in Domestic Couple to support the smooth daily running of their 6-bedroom family home in rural Norfolk. Job Specification

Housekeeper

Full cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities Family and household laundry, including ironing Grocery shopping, household provisioning, and errands Driving duties as required Ability to cook simple, nutritious family meals Occasional babysitting One night of proxy parenting per week when the principal is in London Accepting deliveries and managing household organisation

Gardener / All-Rounder

General property and grounds maintenance Operation and basic servicing of garden machinery Driving duties, including local trips as needed Ensuring household vehicles and horsebox are clean, fuelled, and serviced Coordinating, overseeing, and liaising with contractors

 

Candidate Specification

Previous experience working together as a domestic couple within a private household Both must be confident drivers Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain complete confidentiality, discretion is paramount. Energetic, proactive, and positive “can-do” attitude Flexible mindset with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed Must genuinely enjoy rural living and understand the pace and demands of a busy family with three active children Pet-friendly: the family have two dogs Team players who take pride in contributing to a warm, well-supported family environment

 

Accommodation

A private 2-bedroom annex separate from the main house is provided. A small pet is welcome.
