Documentation Unit Team member, Senior Associate, Hybrid (on-site Milan)

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Documentation Unit team member. You will join the Documentation Unit Team; the team is mainly responsible for keeping the archive of all the documentation of the Italian Branch's customers updated so that any contract is always recoverable, for those who have the authority to do so, both from the point of view of controls (i.e FTTOP checks) and of verification of conditions (i.e Client facing teams).

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Documentation Unit Team member you will

ensures that all the documentation requested and forwarded by the CRMs such as contracts, operational documentation, Fee Schedule, FTTOP and KYC is duly stored in a public folder shared with all the entities involved, if required by the type of documentation, also in ECMS, that is the Global Repository. Fttop yearly review renewal

Entering into the specifics below some of the main activities:

Formal checks an all Documentation received

Saving of all received documentation, both in the dedicated folders for each customer and in ECMS which is the global repository for a specific type of contract.

Sending documentation to Milan Cash for the relevant checks and to obtain the relevant approval (benefirma)

Be constantly updated on the C3OP Policy which is the global reference policy for contracts

Become FTTOP Pratictioners

Fttop yearly review

KRI Statiscal reporting for the Business Risk Commitee

Monthly Self-Assessment (to sample) on whole documentation received.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

Previous experience Client Facing tems would be an asset.

Experience in quality check.

Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).

Good organizational skills in order to meet deadlines.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards, analytical and process thinking skills.

Strong client focus.

Manage risks within your individual role by following set procedures and understand that impact may include financial and reputational damage.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication skills - fluent in Italian (written & oral).

Good English level is an advantage.

Additional requirements

Knowledge in AML Italian regulatory will be considered a plus.
