As a Documentation Specialist II in the CIO Legal team, you will be responsible for addressing legal issues arising from CIO’s daily investment and hedging activities. You will collaborate with your team, other Legal functions, and CIO portfolio and business managers to ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of AI processes and a disciplined control environment within JPMorgan.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform time-sensitive reviews of Offering Memorandum for compliance with applicable banking laws, rules, and regulations. Review NDAs relating to CIO proposed investments to ensure compliance with CIO Legal’s internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with colleagues across Legal and control functions on legal and regulatory matters as needed. Contribute to developing a disciplined control environment within JPMorgan, identifying and mitigating legal and other risks. Contribute to the development of AI processes to streamline assigned tasks.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
At least 3 years experience Bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of banking and capital markets regulations. Familiarity with securitizations. Proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral). Team player.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Paralegal Training. Familiarity with AI platforms. Experience in a banking regulatory or control function.All candidates for roles in the Legal department must successfully complete a conflicts of interest clearance review prior to commencement of employment.
