Documentation Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Documentation Specialist, you will be part of the Account Management and Sales support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Support the creation, editing, and maintenance of high-quality documentation for internal teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for communications and publications. Maintain and update reference materials and policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Participate in departmental meetings to align documentation with user needs and best practices. Manage projects related to process documentation and policy updates, ensuring quality outcomes.

What's Needed?

2–4+ years of experience in technical writing, business documentation, or knowledge management systems. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience applying technical and business writing principles. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency with knowledge management tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
