Job Title: Data Entry and Administrative Support SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry and Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing invoices, purchase orders, and subcontract purchase order entry using accounting software. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

ResponsibilitiesEnter invoices, purchase orders, and subcontract purchase orders in the AS400 accounting software.Perform filing and scanning tasks efficiently.Conduct extensive data entry with a focus on accuracy.Execute all other duties as assigned.
Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of overall experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.High School Diploma or equivalent education.Ability to type at a speed of 60+ words per minute.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in accounting or purchasing is advantageous.Familiarity with the construction, manufacturing, or utility industries is a plus.
Work Environment

The position is based in a corporate office environment with excellent onsite amenities. The work hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The dress code is business casual, promoting a professional and comfortable atmosphere.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
