In this position, you will ensure that scanned documents are accurately captured, checked for quality, and properly indexed for easy retrieval. **Job Title:** Document Processing Associate
**Location:** Burlington, MA 01803
**Pay Range:** $17/hr
**Shift:** 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
**Type of contract:** Temp to hire
**Key Duties:**
+ **Scanning:** Efficiently load and scan documents using various types of scanners while ensuring accuracy.
+ **Quality Assurance:** Confirm the quality of scanned documents, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
+ **Release & Indexing:** Process, document, and release scanned materials to customers, ensuring proper organization and indexing for future access.
+ Operate and troubleshoot scanners and computer systems to maintain efficient workflows.
+ Perform data entry with a high rate of keystrokes to update and maintain records.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Prior experience in document processing or data entry is a plus, but not required.
