**Job Title:** Document Control Specialist III

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist III to join their team. As a vital member of the project support staff, you will play a key role in managing documentation processes across Gas, Liquids, and Power projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
**Job Description:**
+ Deliver comprehensive Document Control and Records Turnover services throughout project lifecycles for Gas, Liquids, and Power sectors.
+ Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate turnover of records in compliance with project standards.
+ Audit and process project documentation, asset data, and metadata to support retention and compliance requirements.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve record and data deficiencies, managing multiple projects efficiently.
+ Provide technical support and leadership, interpreting project-specific requirements and recommending process improvements.
**Qualifications:**
+ Diploma in Information/Business Analysis/Records Management/Library Studies or equivalent post-secondary education with relevant experience.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in a project environment or related field.
+ Proven expertise in managing asset data and document control systems.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and information management tools such as PowerBI, Bluebeam, etc.
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
