Document Control Specialist

Responsibilities

Support quality assurance activities by reviewing records and documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.Perform document management, tracking, and administrative support tasks for controlled document record systems.Coordinate document control functions, including document logs, tracking, processing, review, distribution, release, scanning, and archiving of documents per applicable SOPs.Assist in the revision, review, approval, and retirement of controlled documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Conduct biennial review and continuous improvement review of all controlled documents.Maintain SOP binders, paper-based logs, and controlled notebooks.Organize and ensure accurate and reliable filing systems for all paper-based and computer-based GXP documents.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in animal husbandry.Understanding of GMP/GLP regulations and practices.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and adapt to various roles in a work setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Documentation experience in a regulated environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.Bachelor's degree.Experience working with large animals.Previous experience in an FDA-regulated environment.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Richmond, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
