Document Control Specialist
+ Prepare and submit final documentation packages (Data Books/Quality Data Packages/IOMs) which include spec sheets, MTRs, inspection reports, change notices, AS BUILT drawing packages, and other required materials per purchase order or project requirements. + Manage in-process submittals, utilizing company templates and submitting documents through customer web portals or document control systems. + Coordinate and submit monthly reports to each state and third-party agency in alignment with their specific certification program requirements. + Submit state approval packages following release from the Engineering department. + Work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Engineers, and Project Coordinators across multiple locations (Houston, Conroe, Brookfield, Youngstown) to gather and organize required documentation. + Ensure documentation practices align with Quality department standards to maintain consistency and accuracy across all project submittals.
