Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance sector, is seeking a dedicated Document Control Clerk to join their team. As a vital member of the Quality Department, you will support the management and organization of controlled documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating smooth operational workflows. **Job Title:** Document Control Clerk
**Location:** Pasadena, TX
**Pay Range: $26/hour**
**Shift: Business Hours**
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate and maintain controlled documentation within the company's document control system.
+ Review, revise, format, and control documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Assist in organizing, archiving, and consolidating documents according to regulatory standards.
+ Support the creation of new documents, assign document numbers, and log content for easy retrieval.
+ Facilitate document change requests, review, approval, and retention processes, and support internal and external audits.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma required; associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of Records Management systems and technologies.
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
+ Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy.
