ResponsibilitiesOrganize and format project documents, reports, and correspondence with precision.Review contracts for quality compliance, identify issues, and coordinate solutions.Maintain well-structured paper and electronic files.Support project managers by updating quality activities in company systems.Navigate platforms like ProjectWise, EBS, and BI with confidence.Apply quality assurance standards for document management.Assist with meetings, presentations, and internal quality documentation.Work across multiple projects and teams while adapting to process changes.Represent the company professionally with clients.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.Experience in data entry, filing, and copying.Knowledge of quality assurance and document control.Skills in administrative support and project management.Familiarity with Power BI.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 1 year of related experience.Commitment to an employee-owned culture.Work EnvironmentThe position is in-office with cubicles, fostering a family environment where everyone helps each other. A laptop is provided for work, and the work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
