Document Control Clerk
**Job Title: Document Imaging Clerk** Job Description The Document Imaging Clerk is responsible for preparing, imaging, and filing controlled quality records. This role is integral in ensuring the proper organization and management of quality records. Responsibilities + Prepare quality records such as Device History Records (DHRs) and Work Orders to ensure they are complete, organized, and in good condition for scanning. + File hardcopies accurately and upload or save electronic records promptly after scanning. + Maintain records in an orderly manner to ensure they are protected and accessible when needed. + Communicate effectively and cooperatively with team members. + Complete all required training promptly and in a timely manner. + Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or designee. Essential Skills + Knowledge of documentation and Quality System Management is preferred. + Familiarity with GDP requirements is preferred. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Proficiency with computer applications and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint. + High School diploma is required; some college education is preferred. + Precise, rigorous, and detail-oriented. + Strong communication skills. + Fluency in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. + Experience with assembly, medical devices, and using a microscope is advantageous. + Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work Environment The work environment includes working a 1st shift from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, in a cleanroom setting. Office work may require extended hours working with computers and using scanners or copiers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.56 - $24.32/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
