Description
The Document Control Coordinator is responsible for the administration, control, and maintenance of revision-controlled quality and regulatory documentation in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. This position ensures documents are reviewed for administrative completeness, processed, distributed, archived, and maintained within the electronic document management and ERP systems. Providing clerical and administrative support to the QA/RA departments related to record organization, data entry, and tracking activities. The position does not independently approve technical content, interpret regulatory requirements, or make quality decisions. - Ensure revision-controlled documents and QA/RA records are properly stored, indexed, distributed, retained, and archived in accordance with document control procedures. - Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in a timely manner. -Verify ECO documentation for completeness and required approvals prior to release. - Update ERP and electronic document management systems to reflect approved changes. - Release and control updates to SOPs, work instructions, specifications, forms, and other controlled documents. - Maintain document revision histories, controlled document lists, logs, databases, and tracking systems; monitor due dates and notify responsible personnel of upcoming deadlines. - Perform routine audits of controlled documents and records to ensure compliance with internal procedures. - Coordinate document routing across departments for review and approval. - Ensure proper document formatting, naming conventions, and metadata prior to release. - Retrieve records and documentation upon request. - Prepare documents using approved templates (formatting only). - Flag missing information or discrepancies to the QA/RA Manager. - Attend meetings as requested to record meeting minutes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or document control preferred. High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with ERP and/or electronic document management systems preferred. - Ability to follow written procedures precisely

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
