About the Role:
Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents in accordance with company standardsControl the intake, classification, and distribution of technical documents (e.g., SOPs, schematics, compliance reports)Ensure version control and proper archiving of all documentationCoordinate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure timely updates and retrieval of documentsSupport internal and external audits by providing required documentationEnsure confidentiality and security of sensitive informationAbout You:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field2+ years of experience in document control, preferably in a data centre or technical environmentProficiency in document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, Aconex)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
