Job Description
A customer of Insight Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Analyst to support food safety and quality assurance within their manufacturing site.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate, compliant documentation for daily production activities, packaging processes, and long‑term record retention. The ideal candidate has experience in document control within a regulated environment and is comfortable working with both paper-based and digital documentation systems.
Key Responsibilities include: Managing daily production paperwork for each process (e.g., quality checks, maintenance checks, batch documentation), Reconciling documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, maintaining compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and signing off on completed paperwork to ensure it meets regulatory and internal standards.
Day‑to‑Day activities consist of collection of production and packaging documents, Reviewing, organizing, and filing documents at your workstation, and ensuring all records are accurately stored for compliance and retrieval. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education but will vary from $25-30/hr. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
1–3 years of experience in food safety, sanitation, or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with document control including reconciliation, batch documentation, etc. Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) training certification completion
GMP experience within CPG (consumer packaged goods industry).
