You work in Mondelēz International Digital Services, coordinating your duties to support impeccable service operations. In this role, you work with other employees to ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

How you will contribute

When you receive a request that is pertinent to your area of responsibility, you will review and co-ordinates activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to clients and scheduling meetings as appropriate, and ensuring service quality is delivered. Good technical writing skills are necessary in this role because you will write documentation and follow up on down-stream processes. In addition, you will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring that Mondelēz International complies with the appropriate data privacy and legal requirements. You will also initiate and follow up on activities as required by third-party vendors, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and produce and analyze reports as required, and recommend and take action on opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Description

Subject matter expert for product data publication management from data creation and modification to publication.  This role is responsible to ensure qualitative & timely availability of product information required by our customers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the review and syndication of product content via information management system PIM.  Including key logistical information, product label information, packaging updates, product claims, images, and enhanced marketing content.Track, monitor and report on new creations, changes, delisting and E2E data object creation to ensure correctness and completenessCollaborate with stakeholders from source systems to ensure accuracy of product content within PIM. Master Data Governance (MDG & ECC)Product Lifecyle Management (PLM)Digital Asset Management (DAM)SalsifyPartner with content owners to increase product content quality and remove barriers to executionError resolution management (data inconsistencies)Partner with stakeholders to anticipate syndication needsTroubleshooting of publication issues, working with content owners and product solution owners to ensure roadblocks are resolvedRespond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely mannerSupport in driving Data Publication best practice standardsSupport data analysts and business functions in issue solving, customer complaints and production issuesSupport continuous improvement projects in data publication, quality and processesShare best practice with Data Analysts and cross-functional teams delivering data for publishingAid to ensure data shared with customers and consumers follow local regulation (i.e. FDA, Health Canada)Support best practice sharing and training of GTIN regulations and GS1 product measurement rulesCollaborate with IT, Product Solution Owners, Governance, and Sales teams to scale up and optimize syndicationHelp ensure stored data is easily accessible to internal and external teams

Knowledge, Experience, Education and Skills

Data management/systems experience preferably in a remote & x-functional contextExperience in Customer & Consumer relationsExperience in product content syndicationExperience utilizing retailer systems/portals and PIMs (ie. Informatica PIM, Salsify etc.) is preferableExperience utilizing certified data pools (ie. 1WS, ProSYNC)Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and prioritization skillsAbility to handle complexity and manage fine detailsProblem solving and analytical skillsPassion for the evolving digital landscape and an interest in learning new technologies Experience in working in a service functionExcellent communicator (oral&writing) in English
