The DME Service Coordinator - Float has direct responsibility for all aspects of the Durable Medical Equipment service delivery associated to Fairview Health Services operations. This position ensures processes are in place to support exceptional customer experience, high quality therapeutic equipment is available and easy to understand and use, DME equipment and processes are effectively integrated into business and clinical operations, and all customers have an exceptional experience.
This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE / 80 hours per 2 weeks). Based in St. Paul, MN (with travel to Edina, Burnsville, Woodbury, Maplewood, and Wyoming locations) we’re looking for a reliable and flexible individual to join our team as a Floating DME Coordinator—someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in new environments, and can seamlessly step in to support our teams when and where needed.
This position provides coverage and support across our six showroom locations in St. Paul, Edina, Burnsville, Woodbury, Maplewood, and Wyoming and plays a key role in maintaining our high standard of customer service and team support during staff absences, vacations, or high-demand periods.
When not covering at another showroom, this individual will be based at our St. Paul location, assisting with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and customer service.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Associate Degree in Healthcare or equivalent work experience
Experience
1 year working in clinic setting preferred
Certifications
Must have BLS certification endorsed by American Heart Association or American Red Cross (required two months of hire date)
