DME Customer Support Specialist
Job Overview

The DME Customer Support Specialist (CSS) provides excellent customer service in a fast-paced and multitasking environment. This position interacts closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team in a highly organized and professional manner. The CSS ensures an exceptional patient experience and performs a variety of clerical functions.

 

This onsite position is located at 2200 University Ave in Saint Paul. It's a 1.0 FTE (80 hours over 2 weeks) commitment, day shift only, with no weekends! As part of the M Health Fairview system, this role if fully benefit eligible. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage. We encourage staff development and support continuing education.

 

The DME CSS answers phones and assists our customers with placing orders, reviewing paperwork, verifying insurance, and general customer service duties. This position ensures: processes are in place to support an exceptional customer service environment, efficient and effective work within a team environment, and all customers have an excellent experience with FHME. Applicants should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility.
