This Regional HSE Manager role sits at the center of that mission, providing leadership across multiple manufacturing sites while partnering closely with plant leaders, engineering, and executive HSE leadership.
What You’ll OwnAs the Regional HSE Manager, you will lead, guide, and elevate HSE performance across your region.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and support plant HSE Managers and Coordinators across multiple (5) sites
Ensure strong execution of health, safety, and environmental compliance programs
Oversee incident, claim, medical, and data reporting tied to Workers’ Compensation
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure continued compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards
Analyze HSE data to identify trends, risks, and corrective actions
Partner with Engineering and Operations to:
Validate machine safety specifications
Review new equipment and ensure lessons learned are applied
Support safe launches of new or revised programs
Conduct and support plant audits and inspections (HSE, environmental, loss prevention)
Support and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
Review chemical changes and environmental impacts on plant operations
Drive ergonomic assessments, hazard exposure reduction, and workplace improvements
Prepare and present reports, briefings, and action plans for senior leadership
Share best practices and standardize learnings across the region
Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and training initiatives
What They’re Looking ForThis role is best suited for an HSE leader who is comfortable operating at both the plant floor and executive table.
Required experience and background:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
8+ years of total HSE experience
Including 5+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong experience with:
HSE audits
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems
Regulatory compliance in U.S. manufacturing
Lead Auditor – ISO 14001 EMS (2015) experience
Professional certification such as CSP, CMSE, or equivalent
Ability to travel approximately 60%
Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain
Fluent English; French or Spanish is a plus
