**About the role:**
+ Own the Pacific DE&I strategy, driving its implementation and progress.
+ Leverage deep subject matter expertise in all areas of DE&I, including regulatory reporting and compliance, workplace legislation and governance.
+ Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of impactful inclusion and culture initiatives.
+ Utilise workforce data to develop strategic actionable initiatives and report on progress.
+ Partner with global stakeholders and build the DE&I capability of people leaders.
+ Build and maintain relationships with clients, community partners, and thought leaders to stay abreast of best practices.
**About You**
+ Possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
+ Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience producing and delivering impactful DE&I programs within a corporate environment including Gender Equality, Reconciliation, LGBTQ+, Inclusion, Accessibility and Cultural Awareness.
+ Exhibit strong stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to DE&I initiatives.
+ Demonstrate a strong passion for DE&I and a commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces.
+ Possess a background in change management (preferred, but not essential).
