We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **District Sales Manager Cardiometabolic** We are seeking a passionate and strategically minded **District Sales Manager** to lead our promotion and sales team in Bogotá. This position is key to driving demand for our cardiometabolic therapies and ensuring that patients who need them have timely access to our treatments. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader, capable of implementing brand strategy, building strong relationships with stakeholders in the healthcare system, and guiding their team toward performance excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage district operations to achieve business objectives and sales targets. + Monitor the quality of team interactions with healthcare professionals, ensuring clear messages aligned with brand strategy. + Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and collaborate to position cardiometabolic therapies. + Ensure achievement of objectives and metrics while adhering to internal policies and industry regulations. + Recruit, develop, and support the team through data-driven coaching, fostering a high-performance environment. + Collaborate with cross-functional areas (marketing, access, medical, among others) to ensure strategic alignment and provide insights into unmet needs. + Maintain deep knowledge of the healthcare market, regulations, key stakeholders, and supply chain. + Analyze information to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, proposing effective action plans. + Adapt to market changes and implement strategies to overcome challenges. + Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. + Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and ethical standards. Requirements + University degree in a relevant field (postgraduate studies desirable). + Professional-level English. + Proven experience in commercial leadership positions. + Strong motivation for long-term professional development. + Availability to travel nationally at least 60% of the time. + Residence in Bogotá.
