**Position Summary:** - The District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC) plays a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in pharmacies across their market. - The DPC is a key support partner to the Pharmacy District Leader (DL, RX) and District Support Pharmacist Leader (DSPL), providing insights to improve district-level pharmacy performance. - Partners with DSPL, Pharmacy Managers, and teams to ensure effective staffing, scheduling, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and readiness for scheduled activities (such as vaccine clinics, inventories, remodels, pilots, and rollouts). - Acts as a “change champion” for the district, supporting new program rollouts and providing feedback to project teams. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities:** 1. Manage pharmacist scheduling and payroll for the district, including vacation and sick call coverage. 2. Handle administrative activities such as expenses, payroll, supply ordering, and HR ticket submissions (if proxy/delegation is granted). 3. Pull, format, and analyze reports to highlight district and individual pharmacy opportunities. 4. Follow up on outstanding issues (exception reporting, audits, IT/service ticket escalations). 5. Manage the DL, RX’s calendar and inbox, ensuring timely follow-up on urgent matters. 6. Support staffing for the district, including opening and maintaining requisitions, screening candidates, and attending hiring events. 7. Travel within the district as needed to support pharmacy operations and events. 8. Serve as a champion for change, promoting new programs and services, and helping colleagues adapt to new ways of working. **Qualifications:** - High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred. - Pharmacy Technician experience strongly preferred. - Familiarity with scheduling and payroll systems is a plus. - Must be able to travel to all district pharmacy locations and have a flexible work schedule. - Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and technical skills are required ⁽¹⁾ ⁽²⁾ ⁽³⁾ ⁽⁴⁾ . The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
