You’re a natural teacher and coach and have a passion for helping others deliver a great in-store customer experience. This position will directly partner with the Regional Vice President and District Managers throughout the Geo. You will be accountable to lead, coach and develop all team members to provide a great in-store customer experience, and carry out all company strategies. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of store management, including execution of company standards in recruiting, hiring, training, customer service, visual merchandising and store operations.
 
District Manager Unassigned must demonstrate effective resourcefulness and ability to manage change. Proactively provide suggestions and feedback, invite and utilize feedback to enhance performance, as well as work on self-improvement/development.

Travel Requirements:

Please note that this role requires frequent and extensive travel regionally and on occasion, nationally. Candidates must be prepared to support various markets on a weekly basis, ensuring alignment with business needs. Candidates applying for this role must have the ability to drive and have accessibility to an airport.

 

Relocation Requirements:

Candidates must possess the ability to meet relocation requirements. If you are not able to relocate suggest refraining from applying currently.

 

Capability for Upward Progression:

Applicants should be capable of demonstrating upward progression potential within the next 18 months to be considered eligible. If this progression is not feasible within your career trajectory and based on the feedback you received from your direct supervisor, we advise against applying for this role.

 

Rate of Pay:

$80,000 - $90,000 / year
