The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores,
and 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries.
Who you are:
Leading a district with responsibility for all aspects of the management of multiple stores, shop-in-shop locations and concessions.
Responsible for driving business, meeting budgets, and maintaining a proactive business plan.
What you’ll do:
People:
• Inspire, lead and coach store management teams
• Recruit and develop top talent
• Manage HR issues with HRBP
• Partner with HR and Finance on performance tools
Service:
• Support customer service resolution
• Drive revenue through local events
• Collaborate with partners and corporate teams
Sales:
• Analyze reports and action plans
• Track business results
• Identify marketing opportunities
Operations:
• Ensure brand standards and merchandising
• Inventory, logistics, audits, and peak planning
• Remote team management
• Travel 3 days per week
What you’ll need:
• Proven retail management experience
• Multi-site leadership
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Up to 80% travel
• Local language
• Fluent English
