About the Role
As our District Manager, you’ll lead a team of Account Managers and Service Technicians who will deliver food hygiene and water solutions to some of the biggest food and beverage processors in NSW. You will support their development, guide daily operations, strengthen customer relationships and help establish new ways of working across this newly combined division which brings together Ecolab’s expertise in food hygiene and water solutions.
Your leadership will directly influence service quality, team engagement and how we deliver value to major food and beverage manufacturing customers.
We’ll provide full onboarding and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, support and mentor a collaborative, high‑impact field team.
Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
Partner with customers to identify opportunities across our hygiene and water solutions.
Coordinate internal technical, service and account resources to solve customer challenges.
Managing a P&L for the district and ensuring financial performance metrics are met.
What You’ll Bring
Experience leading and developing field-based or remote teams.
A genuine passion for coaching people and building positive team culture.
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
Comfort with commercial conversations and account development.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to navigate complexity with support.
Experience in food & beverage, water treatment or industrial environments is highly valued.
A willingness to travel across northern NSW/Sydney as part of your role.
