District Manager

We are looking for a North District Manager to lead our Institutional Sales team across Marmara, Black Sea, Georgia and Azerbaijan region.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving planned sales results, leading and developing a field-based sales team, and driving commercial execution across the region. This position reports directly to the Area Manager and is based in Istanbul.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Drive and deliver regional sales targets, growth plans, and profitability objectives. Lead, coach, and motivate a remote field sales team, ensuring strong execution and engagement. Set clear individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and ensure accountability. Execute sales strategies in line with regional and company priorities. Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and identify development needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. Manage customer escalations, commercial risks, and account-related issues effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support sales execution. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety requirements.

 

Qualifications

 

Proven experience in sales leadership. Strong experience in managing and developing field-based or remote sales teams. Demonstrated ability to translate sales strategy into execution and results. Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. Proactive, analytical, and disciplined approach to problem solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
