Full-Time | In-Shop Leadership Role | District Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced District Manager to lead and support our Drybar locations. This is a hands-on, multi-unit leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, revenue growth, and brand consistency across three Drybar locations. This role partners closely with ownership to ensure each shop delivers a consistent, elevated Drybar experience while maintaining strong business performance and a positive, empowering team culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and an exceptional guest experienceLead, inspire, coach, and support stylists and front desk teamsActively manage staffing, scheduling, and call-outs to ensure proper coverage at all timesServe as a visible, hands-on leader in the shops — coaching in real time and setting the standardTrain, develop, and support front desk teams to build confidence, professionalism, and strong guest connectionsManage inventory, supplies, and operational needs to support smooth business flowCollaborate closely with ownership to drive shop goals, performance, and team successFoster a positive, accountable, family-style culture rooted in respect, communication, and consistencyImplement structure, policies, and procedures.

 

 

Qualifications & Non-Negotiables

2+ years of management experience in a salon, spa, or service-based environmentFull-time, in-shop position (40 hours per week)Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong ability to problem-solve, set clear expectations and goals, and delegate effectivelyConfident, decisive leader who can make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexible availabilityHighly reliable, organized, and solution-orientedComfortable using Google Sheets and basic digital toolsExperience with Mindbody/Booker is a plus
