Position Summary
Multi-unit retail operations leader with a passion for developing talent that drives operational excellence resulting in exceptional patient and customer outcomes:
Operations – 50%
Responsible for the overall retail store operations in assigned district (including Front Store and Pharmacy) to include the following:
Managing Existing Programs/ServiceAligns front store and pharmacy teams on new and existing programs and services and execution expectations within the DistrictResponsible for aligning team to deliver on healthcare outcomes and initiativesCommunicates District plans and problem solves on store related issuesAccountable for creating/leading District culture that ensures differentiated customer experience.Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to pharmacyResponsible for ensuring compliance with all community responsibility activities Talent – 30%

Preferred Qualifications3+ years experience as a multi-unit manager or 5 years as a GM in a big box retailerPrior Retail experience preferredPrior Pharmacy experience preferredManagement and supervisory experience of pharmacy staff across multiple business units preferred.
EducationBachelor’s degree or 8 years relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degreePharm Tech License preferredBS or PharmD in Pharmacy preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$155,000.00 - $240,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
