About the role:

CLA is looking to hire a District Administrator for our Public Administration practice who can sit in our Denver, CO office. Our Public Administration group provides client support in the areas of Special Districts, Business Improvement Districts, Authorities, and other governmental entities.

As a District Administrator, you will:

Responsible for the creation and filing of annual reports in coordination with accounting and management teamsDevelops letters to oversight agenciesResponsible for board packets which includes the preparation, compiling of need information and distribution of materials       Performs meeting minutes for board meetings and other special board meetings in both written and audio formatSchedules meetings with the board, coordinating with multiple parties, and in a timely mannerMaintaining client websites as neededMaintains records and board meeting follow up actions

What you will need:

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience requiredExperience in public administration or law firm representing public entities or special districts is preferredParalegal certification a plus

The compensation range for this position in Colorado is: $26.00 – $38.00#LI-MK1
