Job Responsibilities :
+ Implement localized sales plan and monitor LMT business operations, processes, and people capability to ensure that our targets are achieved in the area.
+ Proactively develop data insight and analytics from account & market to help both internal and external stakeholder.
+ Assess customer strategies and performance in store, competitor trends and behaviors to identify opportunities.
+ Monitor and evaluate performance to define actionable learnings.
+ Determine root cause of performance problems in category of an account and next steps to address the problems to be inputted on next steps for planning cycle.
+ Align on channel plan and developing category of account strategy.
+ Drive 6P Perfect stores focus Doors Level, COTC, NPD, SOS SOM & Promo Compliance
+ Integrate company/channel strategy on category and Customer Marketing Plans.
+ Develop and supervise field force of LMT stores.
+ Responsible for coordinating and monitoring of promotional execution.

+ Minimum 3 years of working experience in GT/MT/LMT
+ Has been in current position for minimum of 2 years
+ Holds a Bachelor’s degree.
+ Strong commitment and results oriented.
+ Strong influencing. communication and interpersonal skills.
